Durham Area Volunteer Administrators (DAVA) is a membership organization for those who recruit and manage volunteers. We support our members by providing networking and professional development opportunities. Since 1983, DAVA's mission has been to enhance volunteer administration as a profession, to promote volunteerism in the community and to provide members with networking and professional development opportunities.
We're a committed group that volunteers for Habitat for Humanity in Wake County by working on ladders and roofs. We do siding, shingling, roof trusses, and metal/vinyl trim. We accept experienced people and beginners who want to learn. We are looking for folks who will usually volunteer 2 or more Saturdays a month.
